
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your experience with RLS Balance. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement bottles.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplements
- Digital products (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Clearance items marked as final sale
3. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@rlsbalance.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we are not able to offer direct exchanges.
You may return an item (if eligible) and place a new order.
